Counseling with Trish does in-person and tele-health therapy (zoom like), and specializes in treating experiences that cause PTSD, Grief, Low Self-Esteem and Confidence, Depression and Anxiety. This could be caused by the developmental attachment gap of secure parenting, causing insecure attachment styles like avoidant, fearful or dismissive, or anxiously attached individuals. Bullying in school or work can also create rejection sensitivities and fears of being different and abandonment. Emotional and Pyschological abuse also will degrade even a secure person's attachment style, and the reasons one is staying in an abusive relationship needs to be addressed.
